Not all talking therapies are relational and counsellors are different…
Introducing Paula Haigh
Introducing Paula Haigh
I’ve had a 30yr career working on the front line with the more vulnerable members of our society, both in community and custody settings. Training to become a relational counsellor has helped me to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of human relationships, which in turn enables me to better assist in offering you the help and support you need.
My goal is always to offer you a space that is entirely yours, where you will begin to understand how your life experiences have shaped you, and how to build emotional resilience and compassion for yourself and your journey. I’m incredibly excited to be able to share this experience with you and help you to rediscover your authentic self.
