Not all talking therapies are relational and counsellors are different…
Introducing Kelly Maton
Introducing Kelly Maton
There are many reasons why you might be thinking about trying therapy. It could be to understand experiences from your childhood or more recent history which have been left unresolved, affecting you, your relationships and how you are in the world.
As a relational therapist, I believe that healing can happen through connection. My approach centres on building a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship between us. Choosing a therapist is unique and personal, and the relationship that evolves between us is precious and unique, giving you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your challenges.
Having my own therapy over the past 10 years has supported me to overcome and navigate some of the biggest challenges in my life, leading me to take this step in becoming a therapist. I hope to help navigate alongside you, with compassion and care, supporting you to find your way in the world.

In the UK, the counselling profession operates through a system of voluntary self-regulation. To ensure you receive ethical, quality care, all of our counsellors are registered with a professional body accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA), for us that's the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy)
